Scribeflow connects learning with mindful breath and movement. Inclusive attention to both action and education creates a complete, nutritious setting where authentic voices can emerge. The act of learning can be physically sedentary, but if I consciously balance the process with breath and movement, I can make a holistic, unified cycle.
It is my hope that Scribeflow can become the foundation for a new way of being with language and education. I aspire to support a community where drafting, mistakes, playing, breathing, moving and the larger cosmos are welcomed as part of the education process. I hope that we will explore inclusion together as we hone our craft, find our balance and support each other.
